Raspberries dry beautifully in the oven or dehydrator.
If you want to extend the shelf life of your summer’s bounty, place raspberries on parchment lined cookie sheet or dehydrator sheet. Space berries evenly. Set oven or dehydrator for 150 degrees F and dry for 6-8 hours. Check often near the end of the time and take fruit out when it is an done as you want them. I leave the fruit a little chewy when they will be used in White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies. Thoroughly dried fruit can be stored in an air-tight container or zip-lock bag.
