
Miguel Calderon taught a simple, yet delicious way to cook Summer Squash in this last weeks’ food demonstration. Enjoy summer at its finest with fresh veggies—simply delicious!
Ingredients:
- Young summer squash
- Oil and salt
Directions:
Score summer squash skin lightly on one side. Place scored side down in frying pan, generously oiled. Cook over medium heat until browned. Do not turn over. The end product will be semi-cooked on top and seared on the bottom. Slice, salt and savor!
