The sugaring season has wrapped up so this is a recap. It turned into an over-flowing year as we ran out of wood, ambition and the sap is still running! Interestingly the syrup went from light to dark and then began lightening again! Lots of hands made quick work of collecting, boiling, pulling the taps, buckets and washing up.
