For those of you that don’t care for radishes, or don’t care for their spiciness…think again. We highly recommend trying roasted radishes. This removes the spicy flavor and creates a delicious vegetable side dish for dinner. Lightly saute or steam the radish greens for an extra bonus.
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- Fresh lemon juice
Toss radishes with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roast on a baking sheet at 450 degrees, stirring once, until slightly tender and charred, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with salt. Drizzle with lemon juice.
