Roasted Radishes

For those of you that don’t care for radishes, or don’t care for their spiciness…think again. We highly recommend trying roasted radishes. This removes the spicy flavor and creates a delicious vegetable side dish for dinner. Lightly saute or steam the radish greens for an extra bonus.

  • Radishes
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Fresh lemon juice

Toss radishes with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roast on a baking sheet at 450 degrees, stirring once, until slightly tender and charred, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with salt. Drizzle with lemon juice.

This is awesome. Harvested my radishes tonight, and cut in quarters. Great complement to steak or other protein. Thanks Jeffery and Kaarina
